Store Leases

Operation Manuals,

Recipe Archive & Digital

Photo/Video Archive

The operations manuals, recipe archive and digital photo/video archive are proprietary to the seller and shall be endorsed to the acquiring party upon the completion of the sale.

All the restaurants and food outlets sit on leased premises with varying lease terms, all of which are renewable. Upon completion of the sale, the seller will  endorse the acquiring party to the lessors and begin the process of transfer of lease contracts under the  acquiring party’s name.

Central Commissary

The physical premises of the central commissary &  back office sits on leased premises. The acquiring party has the option to assume the lease or transfer to an alternative location.

Personnel & Continuance

All employees involved in the operation of the business   shall be retired by the seller upon signing the Contract to Sell and receipt of the first 50% down-payment. Said employees shall be mandated to continue rendering service under the employ of the acquiring party for a  turn-overt period of five months. The acquiring party shall have the option to continue their tenure after the turn-over period had elapsed, as it deems appropriate.
